Ensure all necessary addenda and listing documents are received, accurate, and compliant
Ensure all needed docs are uploaded and submit to broker in compliance management system
MLS entry into 1 Listing Service, including upload of all necessary documents, photos, virtual tour and video links
Add Open House dates/time and ensure syndicated to sites
Email listing to seller (upon request) and agent for review and approval prior to going live

Everything included in Base Package plus the following items:

Intro to seller and point of contact for questions regarding the mls listing/ input
Draft and send all necessary listing documents required by brokerage compliance, and any addenda needed for signature
Send Seller Disclosure Notice for completion via Seller Shield, or agents requested platform. Review for completion
Schedule vendors and arrange access as needed including: photographer, videographer, energy auditor
Arrange access as needed for staging
MLS Property Remarks
Showing Time set-up
Update price changes as needed
Revise and edit any needed changes to listing after active
Change the status of the listing to AU when a contract is received
Schedule sign installation
Confirm Lockbox and Sign are delivered
Check for any open permits agent needs to be aware of, upon request
