Our Story
At BloomRoom, we provide high-touch, white-glove transaction coordination services for real estate agents who are ready to scale with support they can trust. Founded by Danielle Villarreal, a seasoned real estate professional who’s been on all sides of the transaction, BloomRoom was built from firsthand experience and a deep understanding of what agents really need to thrive: reliable systems, proactive communication, and a partner who cares just as much about their clients as they do.
What truly sets us apart is that we don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all process. We take the time to understand how you work and what your business needs, then customize our workflows to fit your systems, your style, and your clients. We operate as a true extension of your business, so everything we do feels like it’s coming directly from you.
We believe that agents should be able to focus on building relationships and growing their business without being buried in paperwork or chasing down deadlines. That’s where we come in. From listing services to backend admin work and contract to close - we handle the details, anticipate the roadblocks, and bring peace of mind to everyone involved.

Danielle discovered her passion for real estate behind the scenes - where coordination, communication, and attention to detail make all the difference. With over 900 transactions under her belt, she is driven by a deep belief that when agents are supported well, they can serve their clients better and build businesses they love.
She’s a proud wife and mom, and pours just as much heart into her home life as she does into her business.

With a background as a real estate agent, Dina discovered her true passion in the detail-oriented side of the work that keeps transactions running smoothly. As a dedicated Transaction Coordinator, she thrives on organization, clear communication, and supporting agents and clients through every step of the closing process.
Outside of work, she's a proud mom of two and loves staying active—whether that’s exploring new local spots with her family or finding time to recharge outdoors. She believes that attention to detail and a personal touch make all the difference, both in business and in life.
